I built this after spending the first half of my career running VIP host programs in the casino industry. The playbook works. Cannabis operators have had the data to do this for years. Now there is a tool built for it.
The tool includes a prioritized monthly VIP list, two-way email communication via a dedicated store inbox, outreach logging across every channel, a cross-store leaderboard for manager accountability, and an ROI dashboard that ties every touchpoint to actual purchase data. It connects to AIQ and Dutchie via API or CSV upload.
